Kayla has owned and operated multiple assisted living care homes, each one reflecting her commitment to quality, compliance, and compassionate service. She holds multiple administrator certifications and is a certified instructor in key areas such as Direct Support Professional (DSP) training, CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention), and CPR/First Aid through the American Heart Association.
